COPRA software can provide roller forming process design, from the beginning of the design of the roll, until the last of the molding process and the process of simulation, so that you can reduce cost of cold roll forming design, engineering costs, failure risk. The roll forming includes rough forming and fine precision forming, wherein the rough forming section of the roll can be adapted to a variety of specifications of tubes, this can save the rolls 30 - 60%, save the roll change and adjust time, improve mill operating rates. And do not have to change whole roll, so investment and spare parts of the reserve will be greatly reduced. The entire line adopts PLC control system. DC motor control with digital speed control system, high-performance precision and stability.
