    Product Description      Corrugated Fin Forming Machine for making transformer tank   Used for making fin radiator for transformer corrugated tank.

9. forming machine size: 5.5m x 1.6m x 2.2m     Working flow of the machine:   uncoiling -- coil feeding -- plate folding -- cutting -- run-out   Fin pitch and fin height should be manually adjusted limit switches. Fin quantity can be preset in the PLC.     Main components of transformer corrugated fin machine:   1. Decoiler: mechanical expansion, passive, capacity 5T.   2. Hydraulic station: max. pressure 21MPa, max. flux 40L/min, pump motor 15kW; main hydraulic components are from Taiwan.   3. Main forming unit: hydraulic driven, automatic forming.   4. Shearing device: hydraulic driven to cut formed fins.   5. Run-out table: manual, 1.5m long.   6. PLC control system: PLC is SIEMENS, touch screen, electric components are Schneider brand         Packaging & Shipping    Seaworthy export standard packing for the machine. All machine parts are well fastened and fixed by blocks and wire ropes.
