Circular vibrating screen is a separating device that separating the materials into different sizes, the sieve can be with different materials, the common used materials are steel and polyurethane, the steel sieve is mainly used for sand and gravel separating, coal separating, ore separating and the polyurethane is mainly used for quartz sand washing plant, or the other sand processing plant that needs to reduce the iron impurity.
How a circular vibrating screen works:
The vibrating screen is installed with an inclination, the materials are fed from the higher end, motors drive the eccentric shaft to excite it vibrating, then the materials will move towards the lower end, there are some holes on the sieve, thus the small particles will drop on the secondary layer, smaller particles will drop at the third layer, usually there can be 4 layers maximum for the vibrating screen. after separating process, the different sizes of the materials will be discharged from the chute and finally transport to the designed distance via belt conveyor.
