C/Z Prulin Froming Machine    Basic Technical Data 1) Forming Thickness: 1.5-3mm,galvanized steel 2)  Work Speed: 20M/min 3)  Forming Stands:18 stands 4)  Material of rollers: bearing steel, quenching(HRC58-62) 5)  Main Power: 15KW 6)  Control System: PLC control system with industrial computer   Line Components and Feature The whole line mainly includes: 5T Passive Un-coiler, Leveling Device, Hole Punching Unit, Main Forming Frame, Automatic Cut-to-length Unit, Hydraulic Station, PLC Control Cabinet,Product Table, Transmission Unit, etc.   The machine can produce simple C/ZProfiles with one set of rollers. 1) Feeding and Leveling Unit: composed with driving rollers,double-side adjustable feeding, leveling rollers. Its driven by a separate motor. 2) Hydraulic Punching Device: 2 sets of punching unit. Holesize depends on users need. Adjustable. 3) Cutting Device: Automatic hydraulic cutting with stoppingthe machine, PLC control. 4) Main Forming Frame: 15KW power, adopts steel welding structure. Forming rollers are divided into two parts, one side is fixed, turn around the other side to accomplish C/Z interchanging, just need to turn 180 degrees. Also, adjust the eccentric distance of upper and lower rollers can produce different thickness steel.     Work Flow Decoiling --- feeding & leveling ---punching hole---sheet forming --- cutting-to-length --- product table
