Sandwich Panel MachineThe parameter for sandwich panel production line: It divides into three parts: Roller forming part, cutting part, compound part. The roller forming part is controlled by motor, Chain drives each roller turning.
The sandwich panel production line is the main equipment for producing color steel laminboard, it has high strength, light weight, solid and durable, good appearance features and it is a new type building material.
The construction is easy, project time is short. It widely used industrial workshop, big supermarket and warehouse, longspan roof and wall, and refrigerator, cleaning room, air container room and so on.

The main composition of EPS Sandwich Panel Production Line
The whole line of
Eps Sandwich Panel Machine consists of 8 parts:
1)Core material conveying rack
2)Closing plate rack
Set one closing plate at each side and each can put one reel.
3)Steel plate dischargerack
3.1 Two sets of glue instruments are for different demands of different plate model.
3.2 Equip it with two pressure and closing structure, including power plant and principal machine complex velocity synchronizing mechanism, which makes closing plate at thickness of 50mm, 75mm 100mm, 150mmand200mm.
3.3 Be equiped with coil of strip cutoff device to decide lower steel plate.
3.4 Edge milling device is equipped for milling remainder inserted when making EPS core plate with pocket.
3.5 One set reinforcing-bar structure which can put reinforcing-bar up or down to press or not.
4)Principal machine
4.1 Nine pairs of rubber roller move ahead with sandwich plate which is tightened.
4.2 Glue evenly and dropping device.
4.3 One set of glue pump component.
4.4 One set of reinforced-bar device.
4.5 One set of shearing device for cutoff upper steel plate.
4.6 One electrical control box with two transducers for solely controlling velocity of principal machine and output of plastic pump.
4.7 Four jack plate shape machine with adjustable holddown depth.
4.8 Four set of groover.

5)Sandwich plate dinking machine
5.1 One electrical control box and one built-in transducer for controlling speed of cutting knife. And one set of built-in automatic cutting device for controlling cutting fixed length and automatic scaling.
5.2 Holddown cylinder and reposition cylinder.
5.3 One pedestal.

Installation and training:
If buyers visit our factory and check the machine, we will teach you how to install and use the machine, and also train your workers/technician face to face.
